Short answer
For goods you have 24 hours after the seller marks the deal as delivered. Check it matches the deal before you confirm. For services and vehicles there's no fixed period: the money moves only when you confirm.
What to do

Take photos as you unpack, in case you need them.

Compare with the deal
Check the model, size, colour, quantity and condition that were agreed.
Confirm or raise it
Happy? Release the money. Not right? Open a dispute before the 24 hours are up.
