Your buyer pays at checkout and the money is held in escrow, not with the seller. When the buyer confirms delivery, we release it to the seller and pay your commission. If something goes wrong, the refund goes back to source.
The sandbox is free. Live payments cost 3% per completed escrow, split between buyer and seller by default, with no monthly bill. High-volume businesses can move to Enterprise at 1.5% + ₦300 per completed escrow. We never take a fee on a refund.
Yes. Set a default commission in the dashboard or per order in the API. It's paid to you when the escrow is released.
The buyer raises a dispute and the money stays held. Our team reviews both sides and decides within 48 hours, so your support queue stays quiet.
Sellers are verified by us and paid straight to their bank account when the escrow is released.
