My withdrawal hasn't arrived

Short answer
Once a withdrawal shows as sent, the money has left KetaPay. Most banks credit it in minutes, but some take a few hours.
What to do

Check the account
Make sure the account number on the withdrawal is yours.

Ask your bank
Give them the reference from the withdrawal receipt so they can trace it.
Still nothing after 24 hours?
Contact us with the reference and we'll chase it with the bank.
More questions
We're still waiting for the bank to confirm. It changes to sent, or comes back to your balance, on its own.
If the account doesn't exist, the bank sends the money back and we return it to your balance. If it went to someone else, contact us straight away.
