To start, we need your NIN or BVN and a quick selfie. Higher levels add both numbers, then a government ID and proof of address. Most checks finish in a few minutes.
What to do

In the app, go to Profile and choose to verify or raise your limits.

Enter your NIN or BVN. The name must match your KetaPay account.
Take a selfie
In good light, with nothing covering your face.

The law says we must know who our customers are. It also keeps fake accounts off KetaPay.
