Short answer
A deal only starts once the other side accepts it. Until then you can remind them from the deal, or cancel it. Cancelling before they accept is free.
What to do

Check the number
Open the deal and make sure the phone number is right.

Send a reminder
Message them in the deal chat or share the deal link again.
Cancel if you need to
If they don't want to go ahead, cancel the deal. Anything you paid comes back in full.
